Eric J. Dubowsky (born October 26, 1975) is a former guitarist, keyboardist and backup vocalist in Brian Bell's side project, The Relationship. He also works as a record producer, having worked with Freeform Five, The Academy Is..., Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Yuka Honda, Luscious Jackson, Pete Rock, and Sofi Bonde. He also engineered Weezer's The Red Album. In addition to providing keyboards and vocals, he also co-produced and engineered The Relationship's debut album.
On the Troublemaker Tour, Eric J would sing lead vocals on The Relationship's song "You Rock My Heart".
