...the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone mag with the Weezer cover story will hit the stands earlier than we orignally thought. Look for it by Friday, 4/22!

...The UK retail Beverly Hills single will be available on 5/2 in 2 formats, CD and 7" picture disc vinyl. This is weezer's first ever picture disc, and features a photo of the weezer men with Hugh hefner and some bunnies, from the infamous video shoot at the Playboy Mansion. The CD contains Beverly Hills, Island in the Sun (Live), Butterfly (Live) and the Beverly Hills Video in cd-rom. The 7" has Beverly Hills on side A and Butterfly (Live) on side B.

...Beverly Hills blowing up: #1 in download sales this past week (from sites like iTunes, etc), up from #5 on the Billboard Digital Songs chart, still flirting on and off with #1 on iTunes, #2 on the Digital Tracks chart, #13 up from #25 on the Hot 100 Singles chart, and holding at #6 on the Modern Rock chart. While on Mtv, the video has been spotted at #14 on their voter driven countdown, and the video is now listed in their online voting ballot.
