6/5/01 Conan O'Brien !

Today we headed up to the NBC Studios in Rockefeller Center, one floor below where we did SNL a few weeks ago, and spent the afternoon there. There was a rehearsal period, where the guys ran through "Island In the Sun" numerous times, while the sound guys and camera men sorted out the tech stuff. After this we got in a funny conversation with Conan for awhile, and learned that he grew up in the same place Mikey did, in Brookline, MA. Then is was back to the dressing room for pizza, vocal warm up exercizes and various nonsense. Before we knew it, the show was in progress, and at about 5:30 weezer were introduced and played. Atom (Drum God) got his props TV on maracas, and everything sounded great!
