2009/07/25 Back To The Lecture At Hand
...today the groggy band and crew rose early to catch our flights to Japan, which went smoothly. We settled in at the hotel and for some, there was immediate and successful efforts to locate the nearest Mos Burger. Later, a weez contingent went out to the Roppongi area to the fun, delicious and raucous (loud!) robotayaki restaurant, Inakaya. Our most excellent international booking agent Marlene planned it out and hosted, and she also invited fellow FujiRock performers Jimmy Eat World, who we hadn't had the pleasure of hanging out with since the Extended Midget our of late 2001. Good times and great oldies!
...note: The Weezer A.P.E. radio station launch has been pushed back to the end of August - we will update when we have the exact info. But its gonna be rad!
