In 2003, Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine released Tuxicity, which features a lounge cover of Weezer's "Buddy Holly." The band would again cover Weezer on their 2009 album OK Bartender, which included a lounge cover of "Perfect Situation," and again on their 2010 album Johnny Aloha: Lavapalooza, which included a tiki rendition of "Island in the Sun".

The group appears on the compilation CD The Cornerstone Player 016 with the song "Last Resort." A previously unreleased acoustic recording of "Buddy Holly" by Weezer also appears on the compilation album.
