Template for concert page

I think it'd be cool to standardize our concert pages a little more. Currently using this page as a testing ground. Something is going seriously wrong with the infobox creating empty lines at the top of the page and I don't know why yet. Looking into it.

Some stuff I think every concert page should have:

• infobox
• setlist
• personnel (including non-band members, i.e. lighting and sound)
• navbox at the bottom
• Karl's Corner posts
• gallery of images from the show
• youtube embeds
• See Also w/
  • Tour name
  • year of show
  • album the show was in support of
  • if a special guest sat in, List of artists who have sat in with Weezer
• External links
  • youtube audio/video of the show if avail.
  • setlist.fm link
  • reviews of the show
