ザ クマモトキッド (translation: The Kumamoto Kid) was a planned Japanese language solo album by Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo. It would have been the first solo album by Rivers Cuomo that is not a compilation of demos. The album was first mentioned on Cuomo's Indaba Music account in 2009 where he posted 2 work-in-progress demos. The demos were written with another songwriter named Shusui. A sum of $208 was being offered for somebody to produce a better demo of the music.

In October 2012 it was announced that Cuomo had teamed up with Scott Murphy (from the band Allistor) and that the album would be released in early 2013 under the band name Scott & Rivers.
