Eric J. Dubowsky (born October 26, 1975) is the guitarist, keyboardist and backup vocalist in Brian Bell's side project, The Relationship. He also works as a record producer, having worked with Freeform Five, The Academy Is..., Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Yuka Honda, Luscious Jackson, Pete Rock, and Sofi Bonde. He also engineered The Red Album. He will be producing The Relationship's debut album.

On the Troublemaker Tour, Eric J would sing lead vocals on The Relationship's song "You Rock My Heart".
