Jamie Young was the lawyer of Weezer during the period of their signing to Geffen Records. Jamie is currently an attorney at the law firm of Ziffren, Brittenham, Branca, Fischer, Gilbert-Lurie, Stiffelman, Cook, Johnson, Lande & Wolf LLP in Los Angeles, California. She inspired two songs: "Jamie," written by Rivers Cuomo, and "Mrs. Young" (which became "Please Let That Be You") written by Matt Sharp.
