We rolled on to Amsterdam instead of Dortmund today, to meet up with a replacement bus, and to enjoy a free day in Amsterdam too, of course! Lots of walking around, and a very cool visit to the Van Gogh Museum, which no one has ever had a chance to see before. Dinner was at a rad Japanese restaurant where the food is prepared right in front of you by a highly skilled chef. Kind of like a non-cheesy Benihana.
