This template is backwards compatible without named parameters. You could have also entered:

{{noconcert||February 19|usa|West Hollywood, CA|Whiskey A Go-Go|[[The Muffs]], [[That Dog]], [[Magpie]]}}

You need to include blank parameters (like how tour is formatted here).
