Joe Barresi is a producer and recording engineer who has worked with Weezer on multiple occasions. After engineering Pinkerton in 1996, he manned the boards for the song "Christmas Celebration" on the band's 2000 Christmas CD, and again for Weezer demo sessions at Sage & Sound Studios in Hollywood in 2001. In 2003, he engineered the Special Goodness album Land Air Sea.
