08/23/04 hamsters have some of the finest palates you'll find

...summer recording session, day 30. A long and busy day. Rivers came in early to do vocal work, then there was a group listening session where ideas and decisions were heshed out, then Scott played bass on a song that had been held up in decision making land till now, and finally Chad worked doggedly on getting rough mixes of everything together so the band could listen at home overnight. This week the schedule has gone a bit wacky, with the sessions starting extra early. Whatever is accomplished by Thursday (the last day before the short break period coming up where some of the band will be out of town) will be picked up again about 10 days later when everyone's back, the plan being to get it all together by the time Rivers heads off for his fall semester in mid September.
