09/28/04 falling apart at the wheels

...summer recording session, day 54. Today Scott worked on bass overdubs for the 3 additional song recordings done over the last few days. Some slight schedule adjustments mean that overdub work from Brian and Scott will continue on Friday and Saturday, and almost certainly the entire session will wrap up on Monday 10/4. At this point, the 12 songs that were the primary focus of the work so far definitely sound like an album, and a hell of a good one. These extra 3 songs worked on in the last week also sound really cool and would all make fine additions. Time will tell.
