The Last Little Life EP is a 2007 EP by The Rentals.

Overview

The Last Little Life EP is the first collection of new material from The Rentals in over eight years, released August 14, 2007. It is also the first release to feature the current line-up of the band since the 2006 reunion. In addition to three brand new tracks, the EP also includes a new reworking of "Sweetness and Tenderness" originally from the group's 1995 debut Return of the Rentals.

The band intended to immediately follow-up this EP with a full-length album. After over a year, the band announced through their official site their plans for the ambitious multimedia project Songs About Time.

The title The Last Little Life comes from the first word of the three new songs on the album: "Last Romantic Day," "Little Bit of You in Everything," "Life Without a Brain."

Track listing

  1. "Last Romantic Day" – 3:53
  2. "Little Bit of You in Everything" – 3:40
