"Last Chance" (also known as "Our Last Chance") is an unreleased Weezer song recorded during sessions for Weezer's 2005 album, Make Believe A solo demo by Rivers Cuomo was released in November of 2020 as a part of the digital compilation Alone IX: The Make Believe Years.

Overview
"Last Chance" is a reworking of previous demos: "Purple Flowers," "Always, Forever," and "The Strong Ones." It is first known to have been demoed by Rivers Cuomo in July of 2004 at S.I.R. Rehearsal Studios in Los Angeles.[1] "Last Chance" was one of twelve songs that Cuomo instinctively felt was right for the album when the band decided to begin production on Make Believe at Grandmaster Recorders, beginning on July 22, 2004. According to Karl Koch, the song featured a "raucous group backing vocal session" by himself, Patrick Wilson, Brian Bell, and Scott Shriner, "intentionally replete with whoops, clapping, goofing around and rambunctious hi-jinks rarely heard in Weezer pro studio recordings." "Last Chance" was completed (sans a final mix) at Grandmaster Recorders as of October 4, even appearing on Amazon.com's store page for Make Believe as late as March of 2005[2] The songs cut from Make Believe late in development have since been dubbed "the Fallen Soldiers" by Koch.
