"Pick U Up" is a song by singer-songwriter Adam Lambert from his debut album For Your Entertainment. The song was co-written by Lambert with Rivers Cuomo and Greg Wells. The song was also reworked into Japanese with Scott Murphy as the song "Kimi to futari de" (君と二人で, "Alone with You") for the eponymous debut album by Scott & Rivers in 2013.

Overview
In a video for MTV, Cuomo discussed the song, saying "It's one of my favorite songs I ever wrote." He went on to explain that he originally wrote the song for Weezer's 2009 album Raditude [1], adding "For some reason, Weezer didn't want to record it for Raditude. I was scratching my head, but I figured, 'Oh, maybe it'll end up on the next record.'" Cuomo then described meeting with Adam Lambert, who liked the song and wanted to sing it. Said Cuomo, "He came up with a few ideas for it for himself, took the melody in a different place, suggested some lyric changes, and before you knew it, I was writing a song with Adam Lambert!" Cuomo said of Lambert's voice, "It's exactly the kind of voice that I convince myself I have, on my best day, but of course I'm nowhere near that amazing," The song was later considered—at least briefly—for inclusion on Weezer's follow-up to Raditude, Hurley, though it did not make the cut.
Musician and songwriter Greg Wells is also a credited writer on the song. Wells would go on to collaborate with Cuomo on the 2010 Weezer song "Where's My Sex?."
Cuomo, with the aid of musician Scott Murphy, rewrote the song in Japanese, and performed it for the duo's eponymous debut album in 2013. The pair performed the song at multiple shows in Japan, as well as during the second Weezer Cruise.
