Overview
The song's chord progression, verse melodies, and chorus hook were later repurposed for the unreleased Black Album-era Weezer song, "Midnight." An apparently early demo of the song's chorus was first released as part of the digital compilation Alone XII: The White Year on November 23, 2020. Anachronistically, later versions of the song were released as part of Alone XI: The EWBAITE Years on December 11, 2020. As such, it is not known from which era the song originates.
