Overview

Rundgren told ABC Radio in 2019 that he was collaborating with several artists for his next album, including Rivers Cuomo. The song was released on Spotify on October 9, 2020. In a press-release for the song, Rundgren stated "It’s just a little parable about what happens when you align yourself with a treacherous leader."

The track samples the song “Dick Tracy” by Jamaican ska band the Skatalites.
