Today in Weezer History: 12/22/2005 - final show of 2005's Make Believe Tour, Tokyo Japan, Studio Coast. Today in 2005 weezer finished their Japan tour, the last leg of the Make Believe Tour which had been going since April. This was the 3rd of 3 nights in Tokyo, which had been filmed for a DVD that never actually came out, but the contents of which mostly ended up on the Japanese edition of the Red Album a few years later. The full contents eventually showed up on youtube (search for "Weezer Live in Japan 2005"). Today the band filmed 4 interviews, with Mtv Japan, M-on TV, with DJ Fujita of “Love CHR” TVK, and CX TV "Factry". The show itself was not filmed, as the film crew got what they needed the first 2 nights. Tonight's show included the rarely played "Across The Sea", and "Haunt You Every Day" which they hadnt played in months, weezer's first public performance of the cover song "I Don't Know How To Love Her", which was originally "I Don't Know How To Love Him" from the soundtrack to "Jesus Christ Superstar", and a Scott "Joy To The World" bass solo.
