The Cornerstone Player 016 is a two-disc promotional compilation album released by Cornerstone Promotion in 2000. It features a mixture of electronic, hip hop, and rock songs, as well as three music videos and an advertisement for the videogame San Francisco Rush 2049. The songs are interspersed with spoken-word segments and advertisements. A live, acoustic performance of the Weezer song "Buddy Holly" is included on the compilation. It was originally performed for broadcast on the radio station KPNT 105.7 in St. Louis, Missouri on August 31, 1994. This recording has not appeared on any other promotional or official release.
