In the story of SFTBH, "Now I Finally See" follows echoes the sentiments of "She's Had a Girl", in that the character Jonas realizes that he truly wants Maria. A snippet of this song was played during a USTREAM web cast by Rivers Cuomo during the Memories Tour prior to the release of Alone III.
