Billy Burke is a record producer. He produced Ozma's fourth record, Pasadena, alongside the band and Greg Doyle. He also appeared in the Ozma Fundraiser Rap video. Burke teaches music lessons under the name Montecito Music and Media. Burke was Jose Galvez's original guitar teacher.^{[citation needed]}
