Biography
Jose Galvez was born in Quezon City in the Philippines and raised in Singapore until 1988.[1] Galvez is best known as a guitarist, vocalist, and founding member of Ozma. When joining Ozma it is reported he had no knowledge of playing guitar and speedily he learned in two weeks.[2] After Ozma's split in 2004, Galvez and Ozma bandmate Ryen Slegr formed the band Yes Dear. Shortly after Ozma's mid-2000s hiatus, Galvez released an eponymous solo album. He has since released three more solo projects, an album, jglp2, and two EPs, Gwinn Park and Here Comes the Pizza.
