Holy Smokes is an EP by Carnival Art.
Overview
Holy Smokes contains five exclusive tracks recorded during early sessions for the Welcome To Vas Llegas, and was released just prior to that album. It is sometimes erroneously listed as a single called "Ray's Jesus", the EP's lead track.
"Sore Finger" is an instrumental, and all music was written by Carnival Art, with lyrics by P. Tak, except "Feel Like Makin' Love", which is a tongue-in-cheek cover of the Bad Company classic, written by Paul Rodgers and Mick Ralphs.
Inner sleeve painting by Maria Gibert, cover photography by Sheryl Nields. A small caption on the cover reads: Vatican General's warning: CIGARETTE SMOKE CONTAINS SALVATION; CARNIVAL ART SMOKES, AMEN
