Overview

"I Wish You Had an Axe Guitar" is a recorded conversation between Weezer front man Rivers Cuomo and some of his friends as children. Cuomo and future bandmate Justin Fisher talk with a third friend about wanting to start a band. The recording was previously unheard before the album's release.

"Yeah, his guitar is like it's...it's shaped like an axe. It's got a blade here and everything."
