Ben Pringle is a multi-instrumentalist best-known for his work in Nerf Herder. He was a core member of The Rentals when they reformed in 2005, but departed from the band before the Songs About Time sessions began in 2008. He also contributed trombone to a track on Ozma's 2007 album Pasadena.
