Weezer performed an acoustic concert at Shorecrest High School in Shoreline, Washington on November 6, 1996.
Overview
The concert was the result of a contest organized by radio station KNDD 107.7 The End in which the winner would have Weezer perform at their high school. Out of 4,000+ entries, Shorecrest High School student Ladd Martin was the winner and got to hang out with Weezer after the show.[1]
The band's performances of "The Good Life" and "Pink Triangle" appeared on the Australian The Good Life "OZ EP," and later on the deluxe edition of Pinkerton along with the performance of "El Scorcho". The performance of "Pink Triangle" also appeared on the song's radio promo CD.

Historic event
lucky guy ladd martin won the local seattle area contest to have weezer play an acoustic set in the winner's school cafeteria. in this particular case it was shorecrest high school.
this unplugged set produced two cuts which later made an appearance on the much delayed "good life" [oz edition only] cd single. high school kids love it when rock stars come to their school and sing songs about lesbians [why we dont know!].
