Talk:Across the Sea: A Tribute to Weezer

Is there a good way to objectively include the fact that many of the songs are changed by the accents of the singers?

When editing this article, I made the decision to include the fact that the pronunciation present in most of the covers is affected by the fact that the artists are Jrock bands covering English songs. I did this because it is a major part of the album's identity (Compared to the various other American tribute albums), and because it is something that many people have brought up about it.[1][2][3] I want to be able to include this fact while remaining completely factual and objective (the goal of this Wiki) and without coming off as insensitive. While I do believe that I achieved this through my wording, I'd also like to open it up for discussion. Is there a better way to approach the subject in this sort of article? Should it be included? Interested in people's thoughts. --I Donte Like Birdse (talk) 04:21, 10 March 2021 (UTC)

Thanks for being so intentional and thoughtful about this! I think we can do without the second half of the sentence. I'm going to make that edit. If you object to that please feel free to say so! --MyNameIsJason (talk) 03:03, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
