Overview
"Polynesia" is an improvised instrumental. The song segues into "Dope Nose" and the two songs comprise track one of the EP, a decision made to keep the track total at six, as mandated by the band's label. The EP was specifically created in order to market at independent music retailers only, and the total tracks were kept to a minimum to avoid breaking agreements with other retailers.
The song was performed at Zepp Fukuoka in Fukuoka, Japan on May 19, 2002.
