Lyrics

I just don't want to go
I'm sick of moving
And I didn't want to go
But I did what's best for us
And now I'm glad
I didn't pay no mind
To my mind at the time
I just don't want to know
It's not worth knowing
And I didn't want to know

But I did what's best for us
And now I'm glad
I didn't pay no mind
To my mind at the time
Every time I had enough
There came another perk
And I just couldn't say no
Now I know it's not enough
To give you what you want
But I just couldn't say no

I did what's best for us and now I'm glad
I didn't pay no mind to my mind at the time
I did what's best for us and now I'm glad
I didn't pay no mind to my mind at the time
I did what's best for us and now I laugh
At what was going on in my mind at the time
