Across the Sea: Live in Japan is a live concert/documentary recorded during the Mos Burger Tour, Weezer’s Japanese tour in support of their 2005 album, Make Believe. Though originally intended for release on DVD, it never saw a physical release. It did eventually air, however, on the Viacom-owned channel Palladia (now MTV Live) in 2008, and segments from it appeared on the Japanese Deluxe Edition DVD release of The Red Album.

The documentary was filmed by between December 20 and December 22, with concert segments being filmed on the 20th.
