"The Man with Two Brains" is the tenth track on The Rentals' 1999 album Seven More Minutes.

Overview
"The Man with Two Brains" shares its name with a 1983 Carl Reiner film of the same name starring Steve Martin and Kathleen Turner.
An early version of the song, released on the Little Russell Street compilation, features vocals from Justine Frischmann of the band Elastica. Frischmann was the then-partner of musician Damon Albarn of Blur, who contributed vocals to the Seven More Minutes song "Big Daddy C". Former Elastica member Donna Matthews also contributed to the songs "Say Goodbye Forever" and "Must Be Wrong".
