Featured article: Dusty Gems & Raw Nuggets
Dusty Gems & Raw Nuggets (also released as Weezer: Rarities Edition) is a collection of B-sides, demos, and pre-production recordings from Weezer's eponymous debut album (The Blue Album). It was initially released as the second disc on the 2004 Deluxe Edition CD release of The Blue Album.
A standalone CD release, titled Weezer: Rarities Edition, was released in January of 2010. The collection was released as a standalone blue marble colored vinyl LP (again under the title Dusty Gems & Raw Nuggets) in April of 2019 as an exclusive release for Record Store Day 2019, and was limited to 4,000 copies.
The original single release of "Susanne" and an unspecified version of "You Gave Your Love To Me Softly" were intended to be included as bonus tracks on the Japanese Deluxe Edition of The Blue Album, but were, ultimately, not included.
