- January 12 - 3½-inch floppy disks are received by Weezer Fan Club members, linking to a Spotify playlist as a teaser for the OK Human single, "All My Favorite Songs".
- January 18 - Weezer officially announces their 14th studio album, OK Human.
- January 21 - "All My Favorite Songs" is released as the first single from OK Human.
- January 29 - Weezer releases their fourteenth studio album, OK Human.

- March 5 - The song "It's Always Summer in Bikini Bottom" is released on the soundtrack for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run.
- March 19 - Jason Cropper performs a virtual concert and Q&A hosted by the Weezercord discord server.
- March 21 - Weezer performed on a closed set with the Los Angeles Philharmonic to record "OK Human Live" at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. The show would be streamed for three special shows on April 16-17.
- March 31 - Ryen Slegr releases the self-titled debut album of his project Lord Vanity.

- April 14 - Video for Grapes of Wrath on this date, the 82nd anniversary of the novel by John Steinbeck.
- April 16 - Three worldwide livestream showings of OK Human Live. All four members of Weezer and Karl Koch also hosted a live Q&A session via a private Zoom session immediately following the first Livestream showing.
- April 21 - Single for I Need Some of That was released as a final preview of the upcoming Weezer album, Van Weezer.

- May 10 - Weezer perform "All the Good Ones" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

- June 4 - "Wheels Up" by San Holo is released. This song is cowritten by Rivers Cuomo and features him on lead vocals.
- June 10 - Weezer perform "Tell Me What You Want" at Summer Games Fest.
- June 11 - "Tell Me What You Want" is officially released.
- June 18 - The Space Between Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is released. This soundtrack features Rivers Cuomo as the primary songwriter as well as three Rivers Cuomo demos.
- June 25 - The Jason Cropper Band performs at the Fireside Lounge's Al Fresco Dining Park in Alameda, CA. This concert was in celebration of Cropper's 50th birthday.
- June 27 - Jason Cropper performs a live acoustic show at Double Rainbow Ice Cream in San Francisco, CA.

- July 9 - Ozma release a remastered version of Ozma - Live Acoustic Set - July 12, 2000 on their bandcamp.
